Hi, I'm Trace.

Welcome to Brookakery - a play on words of my surname and bakery/cakery - hope you like it!

Happily married with grown up sons, means I find myself a bit time to do the things I enjoy. That's where Brookakery was thought up.

My family and friends have always lovingly called me ‘a feeder‘. I guess it was no surprise that I'm exploring this new venture.

I love to bake most things but sweet options are my faves!

Where it will end up, who knows; but I'm here to have some fun along the way. Come and join me!
